Candidates with the highest scores in their Expressions of Interest (EOI) and the most employer interest will be encouraged to apply to the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program without having received a job offer.
A provincial nomination certificate will be given to applicants who satisfy the requirements for the Skilled Worker or Express Entry Skilled Worker category. This certificate can be sent to the federal government with the applicant’s application for permanent residency.
